Earlier we had shown you how to make Firefox portable. Here comes a quick one for Google Chrome.

PortableApps.com—the folks who convert just about every popular application to a portable one you can carry with you on your thumb drive—have just released Google Chrome Portable 3.0, the portable version of Chrome’s latest stable release.

Finally, if you’re planning to use Chrome Portable as your default browser, use DefaultBrowser [Windows XP only]. DefaultBrowser is a simple utility that allows you to set a portable browser as your system default and easily reverse the process when necessary.
