Yesterday’s Apple’s legal action against HTC patent infringement seems to have wider scope, reaching out to Google Android and possibly all android phones.
Apple claims that HTC has infringed 20 of its patents that it had acquired for iPhone.
Apple, as always, has not included Google in the suit, many of the named patents but in reality, most are related to operating system processes. Which brings a clear indication that Apple is targeting Android.

The all new HTC Hero will open whole world of multimedia content with support for Adobe Flash 9. Support for flash content had been on HOT demand since iPhone was realeased. HTC is back with yet another Android phone, continuing its Google Android domination with the new HTC Hero.
The HTC Hero, the third Android device from HTC, is the first device built on HTC Sense, the device-maker’s new customizable user interface.
“HTC Sense is focused on putting people at the center, by making your phone work in a more simple and natural way.
