Monkeylectric has just released the newest version of their bicycle mounted video displays.  Using four strips of  RGB LEDs on each wheel, you can display any video or image on your bike wheels while you ride.  A full video demonstration below walks you through the vast features of the product.  The technology used is similar to several other types of POV (persistance of vision).
