Apple will be announcing the next Big version of its Mac OS X, which will be probably called Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
Apple will be announcing new Mac OS 11 or 10.7 Lion. Apart from that, there would be announcements around iLife, Macbook Air & iWork.

Highlights of Mac OS Lion Features:
Mac os 10.7 aka Lion will feature:
- Multitouch – Finally iOS’s goodness to the Personal computers.
- Cloud support: The OS will have better integration with cloud services such as .Me
- Full 64 bit: Snow Leopard was hybrid of 32bit and 64 bit. 10.7 or 11 will be all about 64bit, built ground up.
- Better Performance: Hardware acceleration was nicely done in SL, Lion would make it even better.
- UI Changes: Dock is supposed to get overhauls. And same goes with Finder.
- Facetime: Yes, apple would make it cross-platform.
